1. Service Cancellations

1.1. Client-Initiated Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel a service, you must notify us in writing (e.g., email) at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start date or next payment date.
  • If you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice, you may be responsible for 50% of the total service fee or the fee for services already rendered.
  • For ongoing subscription services, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

1.2. Agency-Initiated Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel a service if:

  • You fail to provide necessary cooperation or materials.
  • There are unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from delivering the service.
  • You violate our Terms and Conditions.

If we cancel a service, you will be entitled to a full refund for any services not yet rendered.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1. Service-Based Refunds:

Refunds for service-based projects are considered on a case-by-case basis. Factors that may influence refund eligibility include:

  • The amount of work completed.
  • The reason for cancellation.
  • Whether the issue is due to our error or circumstances beyond our control.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed services.
  • Services where you have approved deliverables.
  • Services that were delayed due to your lack of cooperation.

2.2. Digital Product Refunds:

Refunds for digital products (e.g., templates, guides) may be offered within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable.
